D'AUNDRAY BROWN

D’Aundray Brown brings skills, discipline, creativity and dedication to all student athletes. A former student athlete at Youngstown Ursuline High School and Cleveland State University, D’Aundray achieved several accolades through his intense work ethic and “leave it all on the floor” approach to the game. He has competed against NBA greats having played professionally for the Cleveland Cavaliers Canton Charge (NBDL), and overseas. Brown is also the Sports & Recreation Director at The Central YMCA of Youngstown. As the Sports & Recreation Director, he will be leading Central’s long-standing Youth Basketball League Program, as well as expanding programs inside the Y, and in the community.

AUNDRA BROWN – Co-Founder
Aundra Brown has been around basketball his entire life. He played high school basketball in Youngstown, OH with the East High School Golden Bears, winning several City Series Championships and all-state honors. He played college basketball at Youngstown State University where he became a three-year starter. Aundra also coached boys varsity basketball at his ala mater East High School and at Ursuline High School were his son D’Aundray attended. He now is the Head Assistant Boy's Basketball Coach for Chaney High School.

DE'ONTE BROWN – Director
De'Onte Brown is currently a senior at Youngstown State University studying Health and Physical Education. For the past three years he has been a Student Supervisor for YSU Campus Recreation Department. De'Onte is also the Sports League Coordinator at The Central YMCA, where he provides leadership for development, administration, delivery, and supervision of sports programs, including: leagues, clinics, camps, tournaments and recreation activities activities.

DWIGHT BERRY
Dwight Berry received a basketball scholarship from Regis University were he earned a Bachelors of Arts & History degree. He is now the head coach of the Denver East High School Lady Angels girls varsity basketball team. Throughout his tenure he has lead his team through six consecutive undefeated Denver Public League Championships (2006-2011), four Sweet 16 State Playoff appearances, and the schools first ever appearance in the Elite 8 of The Denver State Playoffs (2008). In 2010, Dwight also lead his Lady Angels to the schools first girls state title, and later that year was honored the Coach of the Year Award for Colorado. However, if you ask Coach Berry what he was most proud of that year he would tell you the teams 3.5GPA
TERRENCE PANKEY
A veteran coach with over a decade of experience at both the scholastic and collegiate levels, Pankey was an Assistant Coach at La Roche College where he scheduled, recruited, organized game and practice plans, and also managed student-athlete study sessions. Pankey began his coaching career in 1993 as Head Coach for the Hubbard Eagles freshmen boys team, he also served as asst. Varsity Coach for his Alma Mater. A five year stint at Chaney High School where he was Asst Coach for the girls Varsity program; where his specialties were scouting, game planning and defensive schemes. Pankey also has experience coaching at the AAU level and enjoys helping out coaching his sons St Rose 5th grade team.
